Squarespace Wishlist Plugins Compared (Which One Actually Works for eCommerce?)

If you’re adding a wishlist or favorites feature to Squarespace, you’ll find a few tools claiming to do the same thing.

They don’t.

Each one is built for a completely different purpose. So instead of comparing features in isolation, let’s break them down plugin by plugin.

Kaktus Wishlist Pro

This plugin doesn’t work with Squarespace. They have listed Squarespace on their website but their App only works with Shopify. I have added it in the list because Google keeps showing them

Elfsight Wishlist

This plugin is not live yet. Their website says it’s “In Consideration“. However Google show it in the searches that’s why I added it in the list

Final Verdict

Most Squarespace “wishlist” options don’t actually support real eCommerce behavior. Some replace checkout with enquiry forms, others store data only in the browser, and a few aren’t even built for Squarespace. They may look similar, but they don’t help customers return and complete a purchase.

If your goal is to capture intent and increase conversions, you need a wishlist that works alongside checkout, persists across devices, and gives you real insights. That’s where WishlistFlow stands out as a true eCommerce-ready solution rather than a workaround.
