Refund and Returns Policy
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of products on our site. We do not offer refund or return of the digital products.All Products on our site are Digital Products, hence we don’t offer refunds or returns on any of them. However, we offer general support to our customers for 1 month after the purchase of the digital products.
Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift Cards/ Coupons/ Sale Items
– Downloadable Software Products Licences

Custom Development/ Design Work:
For Custom Development / Design work, we take 50% in advance and 50% on the completion of work. 50% upfront deposit will not be refunded in any condition
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
